Home / Privacy

This policy sets out how data is processed on the matbetcasinos.com editorial site. The publisher handles reader enquiries and the site's technical operation for the purposes described below.

Who is responsible for data

The matbetcasinos.com publisher is responsible for processing data on the editorial site. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

The publisher has not publicly disclosed a separate legal or personal name behind it, or its country of location.

The publisher is separate from MatBet and Vesaro Tech Ltd. This policy covers the editorial site and correspondence with it; the operator's handling of gambling account data falls outside its scope.

What data is processed and who receives it

Form submissions and correspondence are used to answer enquiries. Hosting logs are used for security and diagnostics; a DNS provider resolves the domain name.

Form and editorial correspondence

The contact page has required Email and Message fields and an optional Name field.

Field Required Purpose
Email — email address Required Send a reply and match later correspondence to the enquiry
Message — message Required Understand the question and prepare a reply
Name — name Optional Address the sender by name

The message must be sent over a secure HTTPS connection to a handler on the same site, hosted by Timeweb. The handler validates required fields and emails the enquiry to [email protected].

Form content must not appear in the page address or URL parameters. After the email is sent successfully, the site must not retain a separate permanent copy of the message in a database or file.

External form processing services and third-party CAPTCHA are not used. The form does not require a phone number, gambling account name, payment details, postal address or identity document upload.

Mailbox correspondence includes message content and email metadata. It is used to receive, manage and handle editorial enquiries and privacy requests.

Technical logs

Timeweb access and error logs are used for security, abuse prevention, site availability and fault diagnosis. This policy does not provide for their use in marketing analytics.

An access log may contain the domain, request IP address, date and time, request method, URL path and parameters, protocol, response status and size, referrer and User-Agent — information sent by the browser.

Error logs may contain technical information about a fault and its context. Because the form sends its message separately from the URL, the enquiry text should not be recorded in address parameters.

Infrastructure providers

The following data recipients are envisaged for site operation and handling enquiries:

Provider Role Company country and processing scope
АО «ТаймВэб» / JSC TimeWeb Hosting, form handler and technical logs Russian company
1&1 Mail & Media Inc. / mail.com Receipt and processing of emails in the editorial mailbox US company; mail.com states that its headquarters and data center are in the US
Cloudflare, Inc. DNS only: domain name resolution US company; this policy does not provide for routing site HTTP traffic or form content through Cloudflare

Cloudflare is used only as a DNS provider. This policy does not provide for its CDN, reverse proxy, WAF or Turnstile. Registering the domain alone does not make the registrar a recipient of form messages.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

The editorial site must not use analytics, advertising or personalization cookies, its own tracking identifiers or localStorage. sessionStorage is also not intended for visitor profiling or tracking.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, session recording and AWStats are not used in the configuration described by this policy.

The form handler does not require an application session cookie. Third-party CAPTCHA and its cookies are not used; a separate consent banner for optional cookies is not envisaged because those technologies are not permitted.

How long data is kept

Editorial correspondence and privacy enquiries are kept until the enquiry is resolved and for up to 12 months after the last substantive message. They must then be deleted.

Longer retention is allowed when needed for an ongoing dispute, abuse or security incident investigation, or compliance with a mandatory legal requirement.

Timeweb technical logs may be available for up to 180 days; the actual period may be shorter. The site does not keep a separate permanent copy of the form body after the email is sent successfully.

An enquiry database and its backups are not envisaged. Deleting an email or log does not mean that all disaster recovery copies held by a provider disappear immediately: their retention depends on its infrastructure.

How to request access, correction or deletion

You can request access to your data, correction or deletion through [email protected].

  1. Write from the address used in your earlier correspondence.
  2. Identify the enquiry concerned and describe the action you want.
  3. If mailbox ownership needs confirmation, send it from the same address.

If you cannot use the earlier address and ownership of the enquiry is unclear, the publisher may request minimal additional information to locate the correspondence and protect other people's data.

A copy of an identity document is not required by default. This policy sets no single guaranteed response time.

Limits on data use and changes to this policy

Advertising, behavioral profiling, cross-site tracking, sale of visitor data and using enquiries for mailing lists are not permitted.

Before adding new data recipients, storage methods or optional tracking technologies, the publisher must revise this policy and any required user-choice notices.
